Our table d'hote menu is served daily from 6.45pm - 8.45pm and costs £40.00 for 3 courses or £31.00 for 2 courses.
The menu created by our head chef Steven Harris, will delight and surprise any seasoned gourmet. Dishes are colourful, incredibly pretty and bursting with flavour.
Our own smoked salmon served warm with tempura oyster and mayonnaise, local samphire and pink grapefruit;
Fillet of brill with hand dived scallops, vanilla puree, locally foraged sea herbs and pickled raisins;
Passion fruit soufflé with pineapple carpaccio, passion fruit sorbet and coconut tuille.
A great deal of passion, time and culinary invention goes into a constantly changing menu. We work hard at the little touches that will make your visit unforgettable from the handmade bread and delightful cheese biscuits to freshly prepared yoghurt and seasonal compote. This is food to delight the senses.
