The Royal Hotel is on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join its kitchen team. As Sous Chef you will be required to support the Head Chef to successfully run the kitchen. Including the preparation of high-quality dishes, ensuring the team adhere to food safety procedures; and run the department in the absence of the Head Chef.
