The Royal Hotel is seeking chefs, Commis to Sous, to join our talented kitchen team at the Island’s premier 4 Silver Star luxury hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to work in a dynamic and structured kitchen, preparing exciting dishes to our 2 AA Rosette standard.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a willingness to learn and hone their culinary skills using some of the best ingredients. We have a proven track record of developing a chef’s skills and abilities. We will expand your food knowledge and teach you a wide range of skills which will set you on your way in this industry.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for front of house staff to work in our restaurant and food service areas. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and can work effectively within a team as well as independently. Experience is beneficial, however full training will be given so is not essential. The Royal is well-known for training its staff and is a valuable stepping stone for a successful future career in hospitality.
