We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to our direct booking policies to give you extra peace of mind:
For Ferry inclusive bookings (made between now and the 1st December 2020) will only require a £50.00 deposit for stays up to 6 nights, and £100.00 for stays of seven night or more.
B&B and Half Board bookings can still be made without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, however there will be no cancellation charges if your booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival. If you have to cancel your booking, your deposit will be held for 6 months from date of cancellation to use against a future booking.
A 100% cancellation charge applies if cancelling within 7 days of arrival, however, if you are unable to travel on the dates you’ve booked due to complications relating to COVID-19, booking dates can be amended without penalty.
There will be no cancellation charges for bookings cancelled due to the following reasons, however we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours where possible.
1. You or any member of your household tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your arrival.
2. You or any member of your party were asked to self-isolate by NHS Test & Trace within 14 days of your arrival.
3. You or the hotel were listed as in an area of local lockdown for the dates of your stay.
