Afternoon Tea at The Royal is a delightful treat, echoing the indulgent ritual Queen Victoria used to enjoy here, on her way to visit Sir John Hambrough at Steephill Castle.
Our Royal Afternoon Tea consists of a delectable spread of freshly made finger sandwiches, warm scones, miniature pastries and cakes, accompanied by tea, coffee - or Champagne if you prefer!
Choose from our grand Geranium Restaurant, which comfortably seats up to 150 people or the more intimate private dining area, The Albert Room which seats up to 40 people. Our Brasserie and sun-dappled Conservatory are also at your disposal and if you require an outside venue for a small celebration during the summer months, there is our delightful south-facing Geranium Terrace to consider too.
