Our elegant Geranium Restaurant can accommodate grand events from 60-150 guests and for more intimate gatherings our private Albert Room can hold up to 40 seated guests. The additional option of our semi-private Brasserie area is also available subject to date and times.

We offer a variety of rooms, from premier suites to cosy guest rooms, to ensure that your guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. Exclusive hire of The Royal Hotel includes:
Our Events Manager, Maria will help you throughout the planning of your event to assist you in creating the most memorable occasion. All catering and any extra requirements are charged in addition to the exclusivity fee.
Exclusive use starts from 12noon on the day of arrival and concludes at 11.00am the following day. A minimum two night stay applies on weekends. Exclusive hire is not available during Christmas, New Year or on bank holiday weekends.
Exclusive hire rates available in 2023 are:
Low Season: January, February, March, November, December - from £10,000 per night
Mid Season: April, May and October – from £15,000 per night
High Season: June, July and September – from £17,000 per night
