25-years after it first launched, the multi-award-winning IW Walking Festival remains one of the UK’s most loved and largest walking festivals. This year the Autumn event takes place from Saturday 5 to Sunday 13 October – and the 25th year features an array of new and exciting walks as well as some old favourites.
Most walks are free or with a donation to charity and led by volunteers and local businesses keen to share with you the Island’s varied landscape, thriving wildlife and rich heritage.
Head over for a day or stay for a while; with over 500 miles of footpaths to explore, cutting across beautiful countryside and alongside dramatic coastlines, once you’re over there will be no stopping you.
Autumn walks will go live at the beginning of August.
